Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work:

  • Eligibility Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalised jewellery

    • Sale/final sale items

    • Hygiene items (e.g., pierced earrings)

  • Process

    1. Email info@wholesalejewelleryaustralia.com.au with order number and reason.

    2. We’ll send a return authorisation and prepaid label (Australia only).

    3. Ship item back within 7 days of approval.

    4. Once received and inspected, refund issued to original payment method (7–10 business days).

  • Refunds Full refund of item price + original shipping. Return shipping covered by us. Customer pays return shipping if outside Australia or no fault found.

  • Damaged/Defective Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or full refund + cover all shipping.
