1. Agreement By accessing or purchasing from shoppingforgems.com or wholesalejewelleryaustralia.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Use of Website You must be 18+ to purchase. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
3. Products & Orders All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Prices in AUD, exclude GST unless stated. We may update prices without notice.
4. Payment Payments processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store card details. You authorise charges for orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery Free worldwide shipping. Delivery times estimates only (Australia 2–7 business days; international 7–21 days). Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds 30-day return/exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.
7. Warranties & Liability Products sold “as is”. We disclaim all warranties except those required by Australian Consumer Law. Liability limited to purchase price. We are not liable for indirect/consequential loss.
8. Intellectual Property All content (images, text, design) owned by us or licensed. No unauthorised use.
9. Governing Law These Terms governed by laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes resolved in Melbourne courts.
10. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
